1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jilissvip. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jilissvip will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must notify jilissvip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jilissvip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jilissvip supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into your jilissvip account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jilissvip reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where third-party funding is suspected.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using jilissvip:

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilissvip staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilissvip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of jilissvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilissvip Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jilissvip shall first be submitted to jilissvip's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
